Punarnava Asava is a liquid Ayurvedic medicine useful in oedema, liver diseases, fever, and gastritis. It has self-generated 5 to 10% of alcohol by fermentation. Punarnavasava dosage

  • Daily morning and evening 10 to 20 ml after food if needed it can be mixed with an equal quantity of water if you don’t like the taste,  or as directed by your Ayurveda doctor as per the requirement of the disease

  • If you are taking any allopathic medicines you should take the opinion of your doctor
  • Some ayurvedic medicines may react with allopathic medication; it is best to avoid taking both medicines at the same time. maintain a 30-minute interval between two different systems of medicine

Various Herbs with the main ingredient as punarnava are made into a coarse powder. sugar is dissolved in water and filtered. to the sugar solution, the rest of the ingredients are added in a clean container. It is sealed and kept for a month for fermentation and then filtered
