Triphala Dosage

As a doctor normally we suggest this dosage format.

  • Churna –  2 to 3 grams with honey ghee or warm water before food or as directed by the doctor
  • Tablets – 1 to 2 tablets once or twice a day usually before food or  as directed by the doctor
  • Capsule with 500 mg –  1 or 2 capsules once or twice a day or as suggested by the doctor

  • May affect the body’s health system if taken more than suggested those
  • Main induce abortion in pregnant women Because of the presence of a drug called haritaki. More research is needed in this regard
  • Main induce loose stools.
  • Burning sensation in the body
  •  Dryness, if the person may have consumed it in capsule form
  • Lack of sleep

No harmful effects are reported, but it is advised to take it with the help of a Certified doctor.  if both medicines are advised at the same time maintain a healthy 30-minute interval between the two medicines.
